Resolution

1) For V2/v3 devices, SNMP getBulk is used during MF discovery where if that times out, getNext is then tried

2) For V1 devices SNMP getNext is used for MF discovery as getBulk is not supported in v1

3) SNMP getBulk may be used by polling if the VC uses the snmpGetTable() MVEL function
