Issue/Introduction

The Platform Support Matrix for IM 14.3 doesn't seem to include details of what Workday versions are supported.

Can you please advise what Workday versions are supported?

Resolution

The support is for the current versions - We are not bound by any specific version provided the schema has not changed drastically. As per our research during development, we have discovered that, generally, the schema changes are minimal, mostly minor changes related to adding new attributes or removing some, which should be okay to handle with our current release. It seems as though, as long as the mapped attributes in the HRFeed in IM are still in the same Category, Sub category on workday, there shouldn't be any problem.
