We recently upgraded to 14.3 from 14.1 version and receiving below error after logging to the management console.


Page cannot be found. Please check the URL. ({0})


Application Server: WebSphere

Database: Oracle 12cR2

IM Version: 14.3



Incorrect URL for the management console was entered.

The startup logs show no deployment errors or IDM startup errors.

Verify and correct the URL you are submitting to access the Identity Manager Management console.

Additional Information

If no errors in logs and startup, check the URL.  Is it missing an ending forward slash (/) in the URL?  This is the most common reason.  Once / is added to the end of the URL, you can access IDM console without issue.
