Logon id is unable to access the same CEDA Trans in all CICS regions on same LPAR.

The ACFRPTRV report should be run to determine the cause of the violation.

The violation was caused because of RMRC NO-RULE indicating that a resource rule was found but no matching rule entry. To address the violation a the $KEY(CEDA) TYPE(CKC) should be updated to address the violation for logonid xxxxxx.
