# Create a Scoreboard query which shall list workflow task:
# Add the Scoreboard query to the scoreboard List :
Service Desk UI-> Service desk tab->File->Customize scoreboard->"Add New Node" Ex: zWFTask.
# Click "zWFTask" scoreboard query to list classic work flow task which has the status as Pending.
# Use Edit in List to change the status of Workflow task to Approve.
# Select Change All which shall reflect the change in the status.
Disclaimer: These Above steps will change the status of Workflow which is listed on the current page. Each page can accommodate max 250 workflow task out of the box.
