False alarm for Link Aggregation Condition

Issue/Introduction

The customer was seeing a Link Aggregation Condition is Critical (0x220064) alarm for a LACP interface that was removed from the device. A device reconfiguration did not resolve the issue.

Cause

We were failing to remove the LCAP associations on the device when doing a model reconfiguration. This was causing the Link Aggregate Critical condition alarm as the interface no longer existed on the device but it was still reflected in Spectrum. 

Resolution

This issue is resolved in PTF patch 10.04.00.PTF.10.4.023 and 10.4.1 BMP1. We now correctly remove the LACP associations when doing a device reconfigure preventing the link aggregate condition alarms.
