      TISRVMSL TIML TASK=00000073  LCA NOT FOUND FOR THIS TRANSACTION

First, Issue this command: EZAO,START,LISTENER(TIML) and confirm that you get the following response: 

      CICS Sockets Interface Listener TIML is Started 

Next, ensure the following:

1. Add CICS libraries to the JCL

2. Add RDO entries to the CICS region

3. Add new TIML to the TCPIP configuration file.
