Issue/Introduction

Rally: User unable to accept a Feature because the Percent done is not 100%

Cause

Project permissions issue or the story may be in a closed project.

Resolution

Notes:  The main user in this case was not a Rally Subscription Administrator. 

To troubleshoot:

Ask a Rally Subscription Administrator or Workspace Administrator to view the Feature to check for User Stories that may be in projects the user does not have permissions to view. (In this case, the Subscription Administrator just compared the User Stories they saw with what the user was seeing)

Subscription Administrator can grant access to the project(s) the user does not have access to.

 

You can also review the revision history of the feature to determine which story is not showing up in your view.  Then use Search to see if you can locate the missing story.  Be sure to check all three tabs of the Search page.  If you don't see the story - it points to a permissions issue, have a Subscription Admin search the workspace to locate the missing story.
