Issue/Introduction

Please explain the meaning in the Message Log (Reports & Alerts -> Message Log) "Sent and arrived at gateway"

 

Environment

Release : 10.x

Component : CA APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR (WATCHMOUSE)

Resolution

This means that the email alert was sent to ASM's gateway successfully.  The next step after our gateway is your email server.  Once the email leaves our gateway, we have no internal or backend view of what happens to the email.
