Tasks not Available on Timesheet

Issue/Introduction

Project will not allow resources to add tasks to timesheet even though tasks appear to be available.

All of the usual prerequisites, such as the project, resource, team and tasks being open for time entry, have been met. 

Environment

Release : 15.4.1

Component : CA PPM Timesheets

Resolution

The project tasks will be unavailable if the 'Prevent Unassigned Timesheet Tasks' option is selected on the project and the resource is not already assigned to the task. The tasks will be available to add to the timesheet once the 'Prevent Unassigned Timesheet Tasks' option is deselected or the resource is assigned to the task(s) in question.
