Issue/Introduction

Component : NQSAMC - NETQOS SA MGMT CONSOLE

Cause

This issue is caused by zero length packets being sent to and from the application host.

Resolution

This is a network side issue. ADA will be able to read the packets an provide response time metrics but additional metrics will not be calculated.

Consult your networking team to see if this is something that can be remedied or if it is just the nature of the application you are trying to monitor
