Web Viewer 12.1 After New Install Tabs are not Working

Issue/Introduction

After a new install and configuration of Web Viewer, it comes up and users can login. After login, the app does not respond.  When clicking on any tab, but there is no response. There are no errors in the logs messages.

 

 

Cause

Security problem.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

Anyone who logs in has to be in the local intranet zone

Click on sites and add the website to the zone.
