Issue/Introduction

  • Post refresh, we are having issues with odata and connecting to our dashboard
  • Checking the Odata endpoint URLs in Clarity under Administration->General Settings->Data Warehouse OData Service it appears incorrect in one environment

Resolution

  • Please open a case with Broadcom support for assistance, as the SaaS team will need to perform some steps to resolve the issue.
