Issue/Introduction

Customers normally do this kind of question:

In an environment where all of the components are in 17.1, can we upgrade Service Catalog only to 17.2?

In other words, can we run Service Management components on different patch-levels?

Clarity Service Management 17.2
Clarity Service Management 17.1

Resolution

It is recommended that all Service Management components be at the same patch level. Technically it would work, but you will be on your own.

Consider having all Service Management components at the same patch level.
