Jaspersoft Not Working After Stopping Services

Jaspersoft is no longer working after installing it, stopping the services and starting them again via startup.bat script.

This is a new install and Jaspersoft is not running as a service.


This could be an permissions/access issue.


  1. Check if Jaspersoft has been installed with a different user profile than the one it is now trying to run startup.bat script.
  2. Check if there is an Antivirus or similar security tool that might be interfering or blocking normal access to the program folders. Stop or exclude these folders from the software and try again.
