Pdm_configure reverts CAisd application pool to DefaultAppPool

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create an IIS application pool, e.g. SDM

2. Change CAisd web application pool from DefaultAppPool to the new pool

3. Run pdm_configure.

4. Check CAisd web application: it has reverted back to DefaultAppPool

Release : 17.2

When you run through  pdm_configure UI ,  you may notice that there is no option for you to select specific IIS application pool which you would like to have SD's IIS web to use .

Service Desk not passing anything to the "pool" explicitly, it is IIS which is doing it to  default pool when pdm_configure creating new website .

So ,  it is per design right now.
