Running SRM Group reports on a Global Collection show "No Records Found"

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run a group availability report on a Global Collection the customer was seeing "No Records Found" When running the availability report for all devices the data was showing up correctly. 

Cause

The devices didn't have the association to the global collection in the Spectrum Report Manager database.

JasperSoft 6.3

Resolution

Restarting the Tomcat server rebuilt the associations between the devices and the global collection.
