API Portal: Cannot Publish API Using Template After Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the portal to 4.4, we cannot publish an API with templates that previously worked in 4.3. No changes have been made to the templates.

When attempting to publish, we see: The request could not be completed due to data input errors

Resolution

After completing a portal upgrade, clear the browser cache/cookies before accessing the portal.
