Not getting APIM Metrics in Investigator.

Issue/Introduction

We are attempting to leverage DOI in DX SaaS for APM metric analysis. We are seeing the list of metrics but not the metrics themselves. We believe this might be due to a misconfigured APM API address in DOI. Please confirm the metrics DX APM SaaS API address for APM metrics is 'https://{{hostname}}/apm/appmap/graph', as shown in the preconfigured DOI data source.

Cause

Metric Grouping is incorrectly configured. 

Resolution

1) Create and enable an APM metric grouping . The name APM OI is a suggested name.
2) Modify Metric OI Publisher on the SaaS. Send an email to the OI SaaS team to add a metric grouping name to the publisher (or open a Support case). So the OI Metric Publisher can match the APM OI metric grouping name.

Note that the OI UI no longer allows configuration of the data source. So setting the UI Data Source UI mentioned in the Introduction is no longer relevant.
