Issue/Introduction

I am unable to download the CA Service Operations Insight 4.2 documentation as PDF from:

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/service-operations-insight/4-2.html

We can only see language as an option.

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The Broadcom Support portal no longer offers the option to download documentation in pdf and epub format as was previously possible under the CA portal. 

At present we are not aware of any plans to reintroduce those formats.
