Comments do not load correctly in Identity Portal

Issue/Introduction

When in My requests and attempting to load a comment on any given request, the comment windows pops up behind the requested by window on the left side of the screen as shown below:

Environment

Release : 14.1 CP4

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

This issue is specific to 14.1 CP4 of Identity Portal.  In order to correct this issue please upgrade to 14.2 or later.
