Clarity PPM: PRTEAM attribute Changes Are Logged in the Audit Trail

Issue/Introduction

The object(team) attributes, e.g.
Request Status
Allocation
are showing as changed by a resource, however the resource is not logged in or associated with any job that can update the Global Audit Trail.

Environment

Release : 15.7

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Cause

If the resource did not directly update the allocation or % allocation fields, then there is the job (Update Earned Value and Cost Totals) that indirectly updates the Audit Trail.

Resolution

This is by design.

Administrators can opt to either pause the job(Update Earned Value and Cost Totals) or associate a different user with the job.
