Issue/Introduction

Sharepoint probe not opening via IM or AdminConsole

Via AdminConsole you will see the Internal Server Error and Error code: PPM-011

Via Infrastructure Manager, when you try to open the sharepoint probe, you will get this error:

 

You will not see any error in sharepoint or ppm probe logs

 

Environment

UIM 8.x or later

ppm 3.50

sharepoint 1.82

Resolution

Please request the sharepoint probe 1.83-T3 from a Support Case.
