Issue/Introduction

What is the started task logonid assignment in ACF2 with GSO OPTS STC set?

From ACF SHOW STATE Options in Effect:
STC OPTION=ON

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

If there is a logonid defined which is same as started task name and no STC table entry:
Logonid is used and requires STC attribute

If there is no logonid defined which is same as started task name and no STC table entry:
Use ACF2 DFT STC LID= entry (GSO OPTS DFTSTC)

If there is a logonid defined which is same as started task name and GSO STC table mapping for EXACT match for STCID with the different logonid defined in the STC record:
Logonid matching the started task name is used and requires STC attribute

If there is a logonid defined which is same as started task name and GSO STC table mapping for EXACT match for STCID with the same logonid defined in the STC record:
Logonid is used and does not require STC attribute

If there is no logonid defined which is same as started task name and GSO STC table mapping for EXACT match for STCID and logonid exists:
Use STC table definition and does not require STC attribute

If there is no logonid defined which is same as started task name and GSO STC table mapping for EXACT match for STCID and logonid does not exist:
Use ACF2 DFT STC LID= entry (GSO OPTS DFTSTC)

If there is no logonid defined which is same as started task name and GSO STC table mapping for MASKED match for STCID and logonid exists:
Use STC table definition and does not require STC attribute

If there is no logonid defined which is same as started task name and GSO STC table mapping for MASKED match for STCID and logonid does not exist:
Use ACF2 DFT STC LID= entry (GSO OPTS DFTSTC)
