Remote command function is not working in RA FTP .Agent

Issue/Introduction

SFTP automic agent is unable to run remote command.  And you will get below error message on AWI screen. 

"Error getting RemoteCommand interface reference". 

com.uc4.ftpjob.DataTransferException: Error getting RemoteCommand interface reference. 

at com.uc4.ftpjob.commands.impl.RemoteCommand.execute(RemoteCommand.java:50)

Release : 12.0

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

This is due to remote execution is not enabled in RA SFTP Agent.

Resolution

How to enable remote execution in RA SFTP Agent.

>Edit the RA FTP agent

> Enable remote execution

> Save

> restart agent
