Resolution

Resolution:

1. Verify the Connection String in all of the utilities corresponds to the connection string in the UCSrv.INI file (sqlDriverConnect =). 

2. If the connection string is correct in the Utilities, and your Database Maintenance was set up by Professional Services, you need to go into Database Maintenance workflow and check if there is a variable or login object that corresponds to the Connection to the database. For example, it can be a variable called VARA.DB_CONNECTION or VARA.DB.UTILITY (name can vary) that contains the connection string that must be edited in order for the workflow to run. Most of the time, the variable will be in the Process tab of the first job within the workflow. Check all the variables in the first job as you first step and verify the information further.
