We have someone on our team that is currently not receiving notification emails or action item emails from our version of Clarity. She is still receiving the action items and in tool notifications in clarity. We've checked to confirm her account settings are correct. Is there any place else that I could check to see why it isn't working?

User had a rule in the outlook which needed to be removed. At first user was unable to find the notification e-mails being sent to this folder because she didn’t have access to that folder anymore.
