AccountID searches are case sensitive with DYN Connectors

Issue/Introduction
AccountID is treated as case sensitive in searches, even though we specifically set it to be insensitive.
Resolution
The IM product is hard coded to treat eTDYNAccountName as case-sensitive in the DYN schema.
