After changing the email notification process from SMTP to CSSMTP Alert emails are not being sent.

The application of ACF2 ptf SO06001 now normalizes data being sent to CEM. The Alert Policy statements were testing for lower case, but the data is now in caps. Once the policy statements were corrected to test in caps the alert emails via CSSMTP were successfully processed.
Modifying the alert policy statements to reflect testing for caps and not lower case the emails via CSSMTP were successfully processed.
In this particular scenerio the following statement reflects one of the impacted alert statements that needed to be corrected.
