How can I move the Spectrum data source to another host?

Cause
The Spectrum data source can only be associated with one instance of Performance Management
Resolution
Simply delete the spectrum data source and wait for it to be fully removed from NetOps Portal, then add it as a data source in the new instance of NetOps Portal
Additional Information
A data source that you delete can be registered to another Performance Management instance.
Only users with the Administrator role and the Delete Data Sources role right can delete a data source. This role right is not granted by default. To delete a data source, assign this role right to the Administrator role.
