CA OPS/MVS - How to Update Version of System State Manager

Issue/Introduction

The client wants to update their System State Manager from version 2 to version 3.

Their use of 4.1.11 (SSM Control) shows their use of version 2, [F1] says use 4.1.1 to change the version number.
