1. The CA ENF started task has not ended when Scheduler is initialized.
2. The CCI DCM module CAS9DCM3 is missing from the ENF database.
The CA ENF started task must complete before CA Scheduler is initialized. Also review the SYSLOG or the CA ENF stc job log, and look for the following informational messages:
==> CAS9214I - CA-ENF Command: DCM(CAS9DCM3,CAIDCM) * ENF V1.0 CCI Event
==> CAS9626I - CAICCI Subsystem is operational
. The CAS9214I message confirms that the Data Collection Module CAS9DCM3 is defined and loaded by ENF.
