Issue/Introduction

Error message "CACM937E CCI INQY ERROR FDBK=0806120000 RECEIVER NOT FOUND" is issued when the Scheduler started task is initialized.

[CCI is the Common Communication Interface, and is required by Scheduler. CCI is a component of the Common Components and Services for z/OS.]

 

 

Cause

1.  The ENF started task has not ended when Scheduler is initialized.  

2.  The CCI DCM module CAS9DCM3 is missing from the ENF database.  

 

Resolution

The ENF started task must complete before Scheduler is initialized.  Also review the SYSLOG or the ENF stc job log, and look for the following informational messages: 

==>  CAS9214I - CA-ENF Command: DCM(CAS9DCM3,CAIDCM)  * ENF V1.0 CCI Event 

==>  CAS9626I - CAICCI Subsystem is operational 

. The CAS9214I message confirms that the Data Collection Module CAS9DCM3 is defined and loaded by ENF.

. The CAS9626I message confirms that CCI is successfully activated.
