As per documentation (https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/dx-apm-saas/SaaS/implementing-agents/infrastructure-agent/install-the-infrastructure-agent-on-ca-digital-experience-insights.html), we can run IA as a non-root user on unix machine. However when we tried it, it didn't work i.e. we were getting messages (e.g. doesn't have sufficient permissions).
Can we install IA with a non-root user that doesn't have sudo access to root?
User account being used to install Infrastructure Agent doesn't have sufficient permission.
Release : SAAS
