While a CMDB Connector for z/OS region is running an UDP port connection can be shown as open while the
product region is up. Is it normal for a CMDB Connector for z/OS region to have an UDP port
connection shown as open?
OS: z/OS.

If the region's /PARMS group SOCKETS (2nd screen) parm Domain Name Resolution--Use DNR Provided By
has value = SOLVE the UDP port connection is allocated and stays open.
When you specify a SOLVE DNR it basically opens up a UDP connection to the DNR servers whereby
those DNR servers communicate back to SOLVE DNR stats/paths/etc.
