DX SaaS 11.1.4 Agents Error: A problem occurred while attempting to create the delegate agent.

Issue/Introduction

Trying to Monitor WebSphere 8.5 on AIX using DX SaaS Java Agent 11.1.4, 

• Not populating metrics on DX SaaS EM :
• the AutoProbe log is empty,
• No errors on the BootstrapAgent.log,
• but getting the below error on the Application "native-stderr.log"

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] A problem occurred while attempting to create the delegate agent. 

Environment

Agent Release 11.1.4.22 (Build 990022)
Java VM version "IBM J9 VM 1.7.0" from IBM Corporation

Websphere 8.5

Component : DX SaaS APM Agents

Cause

Caused by the feature in WebSphere class caches. As the DX SaaS Agent performs bytecode instrumentation, refers to the Java Agent code are also stored in this cache. Which is causing the problem and creating the above ERROR.

Resolution

• Add this JVM argument to the startup script.

  Save the file 
• Start the Application.
