Unable to Hide Subobject Subpage on Custom Object

Issue/Introduction

Users who do not have security permissions to custom subobjects still have the subobject list views visible on the subpage menu of the parent object.

How can these subpage menu items be removed for these users?

Environment

Release : All Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS STUDIO

Resolution

If the subobject subpage is not a secure subpage and has no display conditions it will show up on the subpage menu of the parent object for any user having access to the parent object. However, unless the user has view/edit access rights over the subobject, this subpage will not list any instances. 

To prevent the subpage menu item associated to the subobject from showing, it would either need to be made a secure subpage or have a display condition added.
