HA Probe GUI does not open

Issue/Introduction

When I try to open the HA probe to configure it, only the Raw Configure interface opens and not the GUI.

Environment

Release : 8.51

Component : UIM NAS

HA v1.47

Cause

- HA probe package-version not downloaded into the Primary Hub local archive

Resolution

To ensure that the HA probe GUI opens:

a) Make sure you have the same version of the HA probe package in the local archive and

b) Via the IM ->Tools->Options make sure that the Primary Hub is selected.

Originally, the customer did not have the package downloaded into the local Archive, as it was only downloaded on the HA node local archive to deploy it, and the customer was using IM connected to the Primary (Tools->Options).

Customer downloaded it again, this time to the Primary archive and then it worked as expected and the GUI opened.
