Issue/Introduction

I think Dispatch may have been brought down incorrectly and is now getting a 213-04 abend. 

Environment

Release : 11.7

Component : CA Dispatch

Resolution

Dispatch was previously cancelled, now would not come up.
the bundl recovery file .cntl was still catalogued but not available. So had customer uncatalogue cntl file and dispatch came up.
