Getting an error logging into CA Endevor - Abend 047000 / S047 / RC 47

Issue/Introduction

Installing Endevor and when trying to log on to Endevor get the following errors:

Abend 047000 hex occurred processing command 'C1SM1000'

Environment

Release : 18.0 18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Cause

S047 indicates that the Endevor CSIQAUTH and CSIQAUTU libraries are not APF Authorized

Resolution

One or more libraries in the STEPLIB with the Endevor CSIQAUTH and CSIQAUTU libraries are not APF authorized.

If a library in the STEPLIB is not authorized, that will cause all libraries in the STEPLIB to become un-authorized. 

Verify all libraries in the STEPLIB are APF Authorized.
