Enabled DX APM SaaS Alerts for Avg response times. Intermittently get a few alerts with "Severity Unknown".
The UNKNOWN is shown in an email notification.
Per Engineering, Not reporting data - Occurs means that the simple alert is inactive and does not match any metrics, or the matching metrics are not reporting (Unknown).
Also, the AWS setup does not have the latest code base for creating policy with the operator not equal to Unknown to avoid getting the emails.

As a workaround, ignore emails which have severity as 'Unknown', by creating / modifying the policies to exclude the 'Unknown' severity.
