UVC: Job in status Running can't be Cancelled

Issue/Introduction

Jobs in Status Running that have been already purged from the u_fmcx60 cannot be Cancelled / Deleted and still appear in UVC - Job Runs.
The "ghost" Job does not appear in "uxlst fla" or "uxlst ctl".

Environment

Release : 6.x

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

When job status can not be read from the Job Runs file u_fmcx60 (because it has been purged for example), cancelling was not allowed.

Resolution

Solution: 

Cancel "Ghost Running" Job via UVC after Updating to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available the impacted components.

Additional Information

In order to cancel the Job, please follow the following procedure first:

1. Stop Launcher and wait until all running Jobs complete

2. Reinitialize the DQM queues:

uxresetque queue=*

3. Start Launcher: the job that was in wrong status Running will now be in status Aborted and can be now Deleted
