Issue/Introduction

We've installed the APMIA agent with APIM bundle the for installation on the API Gateway. The APMIA agent is not able to start.

We followed the steps outlined in https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-api-management/precision-api-monitoring/3-4/installing/saas-installation.html. However, the agent package was built using ACC, and we attempted to use a service account user 'dxsvc' for consistency.

 

The release version of the APMIA agent we attempted to install is 11.1.4 not 11.1.3 as indicated in the support case as 11.1.4 was not available in the dropdown.

 

We are using on-prem API Gateways and DX APM SaaS.

 Changed wrapper path in the installer script from relative path to full path and permission to execute wrapper to work around the installation issue
