Rally: Export CSV from a custom list does not create clickable links in Excel

Issue/Introduction

If an artifact has a clickable link in a text field (ex: Description), the link will not be a clickable link if downloaded to an excel file.

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Resolution

Our CSV downloads do not support maintaining the clickable links in text fields.  I found the same behavior with our Excel plugin 2016.
