When clicking the Feedback Button in the product, the button is unresponsive and no feedback window is shown.
In the past, the feedback button used an in-house developed method of sending feedback to the product team. This implementation was changed near the end of 2019 and now uses Qualtrics to more effectively manage feedback that is sent in by customers.
Because we are now utilizing this third party for feedback aggregation, this behavior can be caused when there is an ad-blocker that is blocking the requests needed to support the operation of the feedback button.

Adding an exception into your ad-blocker for qualtrics.com or disabling your ad-blocker for the duration of submitting the feedback should resolve the issue.
