As part of setting the administration configuration options, you can configure the mail server for sending automated messages from CA Service Catalog.

The question here is how to configure Service Catalog to use Office365 as an SMTP service.

Resolution

There is a certification request to our Engineering team inquiring the support matrix information about Service Catalog with Microsoft Exchange online (Office365). Based on the Supportability Matrix for Service Management, only Service Desk product is certified to Microsoft Exchange online (Office365).
