Issue/Introduction

Validation of Autosys server gives following error message : 

Error: E190098 AUTOPROD (web services validation) - A connection exception was encountered: Certificate for <AUTOPROD.domain.com> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: []

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6 - Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Release : 11.4    - Component : CA Workload Control Center (WCC)

Resolution

Please specify the short hostname in the Web Service URL field as follows

https://<APPLICATION_SERVER_HOST_ADDRESS>:9443/AEWS.

Example

https://AUTOPROD:9443/AEWS.
