User's SSO setup has been verified but they are receiving error, "HTTP Error 401 problem accessing/slm/j_ss_security_check error." when trying to login to Rally (Agile Central).

The user may have previously been a member of another Rally Subscription. The backend database is holding on to old configuration information for this user.
Support can reset the user's profile in the backend database. Please include this KB number in your Support Case to fast track a resolution.
