We have installed a new SOI 4.2 environment, in which the Active MQ is running on a different server, it is not on the same server as the SA Manager.
Everything went fine on the installation of the patch for all the other components (SA Manager, UI Server, IFW Connector), but when I try and install the
patch on the Active MQ Server it always attempts to install to /C: whereas the Active MQ Server was installed to /D:
There appear to be no options to alter the drive in the patch installer.

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager
Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CA\SAM
showed that the SAM folder was missing.
Exported the SAM folder from the same registry key on the SOI Manager and imported to the above key.
