What is the purpose of these buttons under Home menu?

Set as Home

By default all users are set to General Page (Overview) as a default. If a user wants to customize it, perhaps he wants to have a different page to be his home page, he can navigate to that page and click on this option. This will set his home page to the one he is currently on. Next time he logs in he won't be directed to the General page rather he will be navigated to the custom page which he set.

Reset Home

Reset Home is the opposite of the above function. Reset home will reset the user's home page to the default General page(Overview).

Refresh

This refreshes the menu items. Example, you made a label change in the menu you can use the refresh button to immediately view the changes rather than relogin or refresh of the page.
