API gateway and APM integration missing service metrics not collecting

Issue/Introduction

 

Completed API gateway - APM integration but gateway is not sending expected metrics /APM not receiving expected metrics. 

Configured Latency Metrics Assertion -- set services status to enabled

Send Metrics to APM task is enabled and set to every 2 seconds 

 

 

Environment

Release : 9.4

Component : Integration with APM

Resolution

The APMIAgent.sh script was installing as root when we had to reinstall while troubleshooting other issues. So permissions need to be checked and corrected.

And you may see service metrics when we got successful transactions, after turning status to enabled under configure latency metrics assertion in policy manager.
